• Transaction Data: If you purchase virtual coins or gifts, our third-party payment processors collect billing details. We do not store your direct financial information (like credit card numbers).
• Device Information: We collect hardware models, operating system versions, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information to ensure app stability and prevent fraud.

3. Device Permissions

To provide core app functionalities, Pikoo requires the following permissions:

• Microphone: Required to transmit your voice in real-time group audio rooms.
• Photo Library: Required to upload profile pictures, share images in chat, or post Moments.
• Notifications: To inform you about room invitations, messages, and account updates.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though it may limit your ability to use certain features.

• To operate, maintain, and provide the features of Pikoo.
• To facilitate real-time group voice communication and virtual gifting.
• To maintain a safe environment by moderating User-Generated Content and banning accounts that violate our community guidelines.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information in the following circumstances:

• With other users: Your profile information, voice (when participating in an audio room), and public Moments are visible to other users.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party cloud hosting and payment gateways to operate our app.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights and safety of Beekites Technology Ltd. and our users.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data.

To delete your data, you can use the "Delete Account" option within the app settings, or contact us directly at the email provided below. Upon request, we will securely erase your personal information, barring any data we are legally required to retain.

Pikoo Group Voice Chat is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the account.
