User Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pikoo. By accessing or using our mobile application, audio chat rooms, messaging features, or any services provided by Beekites Technology Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these User Agreement & Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Pikoo. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and phone number. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Pikoo is a community-driven social platform. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, you agree NOT to:

• Transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit in voice rooms or messages.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other users during voice chats or interactions.
• Use unauthorized third-party tools, bots, or modifications to automate tasks, manipulate virtual gifting systems, or bypass app restrictions.

4. Virtual Coins, Gifts, and Purchases

Pikoo allows users to acquire virtual items, such as coins and gifts, through supported payment gateways. All purchases of virtual goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Virtual items hold no real-world currency value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activities, or behaved in a manner harmful to our community.
